In order to update Club's record you are requested to kindly visit office and fill up the form if you have not updated earlier or changed your address / telephone numbers, etc.
	Members and Member's children and member's guest are requested to please co-operate with the office staff and the Club security staff to ensure order and smooth running of the Club.
